"Fantastic support and awesome deals"
I had a top-notch experience with Voomwa from beginning to end. I goofed up my order, so I reached out to their customer service, and the representative got back to me super fast and really went the extra mile to sort things out. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything, and you can bet I'll be returning when I need to grab a console.

"Great Service - True Integrity"
I bought something from this seller, but it never showed up since the shipping company lost the package. That was definitely on the shipping company. However, this seller really stepped up and sent me a replacement for free. They totally didn’t have to do that. I’d suggest this seller to anyone. This is what I mean by integrity.

"Refurbished Wii System Purchase Experience"
I got a refurbished Wii system for my kiddo for Christmas. Everything was included and in excellent condition. I helped him get it all set up, and he's been playing it for three days now without a hitch. Definitely planning to shop with Voomwa again!

"Awesome support for a Wii swap"
Fantastic service! I received a Wii that had a dead disc drive, but they quickly sent me a return shipping label. Josh even mentioned he’d personally check the replacement unit.

"Third time's a winner..."
It took a little while, but I finally received a functioning unit. The initial two Gamecubes I received were faulty, so I had to deal with Customer Service (who were awesome) to arrange replacements. In the end, it all worked out—third time's a winner—but I was pretty annoyed having to go through the hassle three times.

"Gained some new insights!"
I'm pleased with the item now! I reckon that since we had to sync it before it could be used, it would’ve been helpful to include that info with the refurbished item. I figured out the sync on the board while trying to fix my old one. I didn’t know about the sync on the console, though. Thanks a bunch! I'm back to enjoying my workouts!

"My First Experience with This Company"
This was my initial order with this business. I got a Wii for my daughter as a gift for Christmas. The shipping and processing time were impressive, but unfortunately, the console is faulty. It won't read any disks and doesn't let you connect to the internet. I've reached out to their support team since it's covered by a 180-day warranty. Fingers crossed on this one!

I got my two Wii controllers, and this old lady just couldn't figure out how to make 'em work. I reached out to the support line and chatted with Ryan. He was super helpful and laid out exactly how to sync my controllers. We had a few phone calls (yep, old lady here again), and the issue got sorted...YAY!! Fantastic customer service.

I reached out to explain my issue, and the guy understood exactly what I needed. He called me back promptly, super nice and respectful. Placing my order was a breeze, and shipping was quick. I got myself a Wii, but the remote was acting up. I reached out to their support, and they promptly sent me a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service is top-notch and super quick. I’d totally suggest this company to anyone who loves retro video games.

"Disappointing customer support once more"
It feels like you care more about tech than helping customers. I mentioned that my product was supposed to arrive on the 21st, but I was informed it was delivered on the 23rd. Honestly, I still haven't gotten it! I'm planning to dispute this with my credit card company tomorrow!!!
